Rachel Richter Lordemann

Rachel has been a volunteer with the Miss North Dakota Scholarship Organization for over a decade. From 2015-2025 she served on the State Board of Directors in various roles including Social Media Manager, Business Manager, and assisted in the planning and production of the State Competition. She has also judged various local competitions in North Dakota and Minnesota. As a Williston, ND native, Rachel grew up in pageant-land and has also been a Little Sister, Teen Titleholder, Pageant Dancer and Local Competitor.

Professionally, Rachel is the Director of Communications for a local government agency and holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration - Marketing and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of North Dakota. She lives in West Fargo with her family.

Rachel brings her years of pageant knowledge, training in theatre, piano, and vocal, professional communications and public affiars skills, and love for the organization to the role of local director. She is passionate about helping young women prepare for success at the state competition and beyond into their education and careers.
